Every ash bowl I make begins in my small workshop in Midlothian, where I carefully select locally sourced British ash for its strength, character, and beauty. Ash is a light-toned hardwood known for its toughness and flexibility - qualities that have made it a favourite among woodworkers for centuries. I don’t currently offer custom orders, as I work in small batches and prefer to let the wood guide each piece.
